Terms of Service – ALL FIT

Welcome to the ALL FIT website. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

  • ALL FIT is a Pakistan-based kids' clothing brand with its own manufacturing, producing and selling premium quality trousers for boys and girls β€” "Made in Pakistan by ALL FIT".
  • Our products are available for both retail (single piece) and wholesale (bulk) orders.
  • By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or are placing an order under the supervision of an adult.

2. Products

  • We make every effort to ensure the products shown on our website (images, sizes, colors, descriptions) match the actual product. However, minor color differences may occur due to screen/display settings.
  • Stock availability is subject to change in real time. In rare cases, an item may become out of stock even after an order is confirmed β€” in such cases, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or replacement.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Wholesale/bulk order pricing will be negotiated separately.

4. Order Placement

  • Orders can be placed through our website.
  • Once an order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation (via call/message/email).
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order (for example, in cases of incorrect information, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability).

5. Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • Payment is to be made in cash to the rider at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery / Shipping

  • ALL FIT delivers all over Pakistan.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on the area and courier service.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
  • ALL FIT is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control, but we will make efforts to keep customers updated.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

At ALL FIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

7.1 7-Day Exchange Policy

ALL FIT offers a 7-day exchange policy. If you want to exchange your product for another size or colour, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

7.2 Size & Colour Exchange

Customers are requested to check our size chart carefully and select the correct size before placing an order.

If you need to change your selected size or colour after receiving the order, an exchange is available with the following charges:

Karachi Rs. 200
Out of Karachi Rs. 400

These charges apply when the exchange is requested due to the customer's own size or colour preference.

7.3 Free Exchange for Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong size sent by ALL FIT
  • The wrong colour sent by ALL FIT
  • A wrong product
  • A defective/damaged product

we will provide a free replacement/exchange, including the applicable door-to-door exchange service.

7.4 Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The original tag card must still be attached.
  • The original zipper/packing must be intact and undamaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.

7.5 No Refund Policy

ALL FIT does not offer refunds. We only provide size or colour replacement/exchange according to the conditions mentioned above.

7.6 How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact ALL FIT within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please mention your order number and explain the reason for your exchange request.

7.7 Important Note

Please make sure to check the size chart before placing your order. ALL FIT will not be responsible for an incorrect size selected by the customer. However, a size exchange can still be requested within the 7-day period, subject to the applicable exchange charges and conditions above. ALL FIT reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the exchange conditions.

8. Wholesale / Bulk Orders

  • Separate terms (minimum quantity, pricing, payment schedule) will be discussed directly for bulk orders.
  • The exchange policy above does not apply to wholesale orders unless otherwise agreed between both parties.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The ALL FIT name, logo, and all website content (images, text, design) are the property of ALL FIT. Copying or reproducing this content without permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • ALL FIT makes every effort to maintain the highest quality and service, but is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our products.

11. Changes to Terms

  • ALL FIT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will take effect as soon as it is posted on the website.
